Weekly Meditation Sessions
Whether you're an experienced meditator or new to the practice, we invite you to join any (or multiple) weekly mindfulness/meditation sessions to deepen your skills/practice. These 15-minute virtual sessions are scheduled as weekly standing meetings.
These brief meditation sessions are designed to help you relax, clear your mind, and cultivate a sense of calm. In just a few minutes, you’ll learn simple techniques to reduce stress and improve focus.
