Medical Staff
Individuals who are credentialed and privileged by Intermountain to provide care, treatment, and services to patients:
- Licensed independent practitioner (LIP)
- Advance practice clinician (APC)
Medical staff and advance practice clinician credentialing and privileging are managed and documented through the hospital Medical Staff Office.

Supplier relationships
Intermountain has established protocols around supplier relationships, which requires a pre-hire qualification process when we are working with individuals who deliver a product, maintain a product line, or provide building construction services.
