Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategy

Intermountain Health adheres to all applicable laws and continuously reviews regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Accordingly, we may make adjustments to our assessment processes and implementation strategies as requirements change.

Intermountain Health is partners in health with the communities we serve.

  • We complete a data-driven Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years to identify significant health needs with input and guidance from the community.
  • As a companion to the CHNA, we also develop a collaborative Implementation Strategy to address those health needs, direct community benefit investments, and improve health outcomes.
