At Grand Junction Integrated Addiction Medicine Clinic, you can count on compassionate and individualized care. Since our inception at St. Mary’s in 2019, we have provided a modern and integrated approach to addiction recovery and mental health conditions.
We offer outpatient integrated medical and behavioral health services for people and their loved ones whose lives have been interrupted by addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our qualified team is here to help individuals address the complex disease of addiction based on an individual’s unique needs and conditions.
Our program is additionally equipped to help the following groups with addiction:
- Pregnant and mothering women
- Adolescents
- Persons dependent on controlled substances seeking outpatient taper plans
In a substance use or mental health emergency, go to your nearest emergency room or dial 911. If you or someone you know is having a mental health crisis, you may talk to someone 24/7 at the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.
Location notice
The clinic is located in St. Mary’s Hospital. Once you arrive, drive around to the west side of the building to Entrance 5. Visitor parking is available in lots B and D. Inside the building, follow the hallway and take the first elevators on the left to the 6th floor—we are the second door on the right.

Treatment can include medical, therapeutic, and holistic approaches, with options such as medication management, medicated assisted treatment, individual and group therapies, and case management services.
- Outpatient Programs: Outpatient treatment occurs anywhere from a few times per week to a few times per year and can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient. This type of treatment is ideal for those with less severe symptoms or as a stepdown from more intensive care.
- Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs): IOPs offer at least 9 hours per week of treatment and include individual and group therapy.

We do not require a referral, but we always encourage patients to check with their insurance company for their requirements to see a specialist.
We typically can get new patients seen within 1-2 weeks.

We offer both medical and therapy services for adolescents, which include individual, family, and group therapies.
