The new Lutheran Medical Office Building is located at 12905 W. 40th Avenue, on the new Lutheran Hospital campus, conveniently located at 1-70 and 40th Avenue in Wheat Ridge, CO. The new building is located approximately 3.5 miles from the existing Lutheran Medical Center campus.

Currently, thirteen Intermountain Health clinics reside in the new Lutheran Medical Office Building. Clinics relocated from the Lutheran Medical Center campus include:

• Cardio Pulmonary Rehabilitation
• Cardiology
• Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery
• Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Neurology
• Neurosurgery
• Orthopedic Trauma
• Pharmacy
• Sleep Center
• Weight Loss & Reflux Center

Candelas-Podiatry in Arvada, now Lutheran Clinic - Foot & Ankle, also relocated to the new building and a new Laboratory Draw Station was added.

Third-party services and tenants are also included in the new building.

The Lutheran Medical Office Building supports the new Lutheran Hospital’s state-of-the-art campus, which elevates healthcare and patient access in the region while driving economic growth in Jefferson County and West Denver.

The new building consolidates 12 existing clinics that were spread across several locations on the current Lutheran Medical Center campus and beyond, as well as a new laboratory draw station, under one roof. Strategic co-location of service lines within the building and adjacent to the hospital, expands Intermountain’s continuum of care for patients, while allowing for expansion. The 130,000-sf building also includes third-party medical services, such as an outpatient surgery center and other relevant healthcare tenants.

Operating hours vary by clinic. Please contact clinics individually for specific hours of operation.

All clinics received a new phone number in the move, however, existing clinic phone numbers remain active. It is a good idea to take note of each clinic’s new phone number, which can be found on each clinic’s individual website page.

Ample complimentary parking is available on surface lots to the west of the building (Lot A) and in the attached parking structure shared with the hospital on the northeast side of the building. Spaces will have color-coded stripes to indicate available parking for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Patient and visitor parking have white stripes - Lot A, Lot E, and Level 1 of the Parking Garage
• Caregiver and tenant parking have yellow stripes - Level 2 and above of the Parking Garage, Lot B (available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and anytime on the weekends)
