Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): A condition where the prostate gland enlarges, potentially causing urinary symptoms such as difficulty starting urination, weak urine stream, and frequent urination.

Bladder Cancer: A type of cancer that begins in the cells of the bladder, often presenting with symptoms like blood in the urine, frequent urination, and painful urination.

Kidney Cancer: A disease where malignant cells form in the tissues of the kidneys. The most common type is renal cell carcinoma.
