Pulmonary rehab generally meets twice weekly for ~10 weeks.
During your first session, you will work with a pulmonary or cardiac rehab specialist to create an individualized plan. After your first visit, you will join a class which may include education and exercises.

- Coaching on proper breathing techniques and energy conservation
- Oxygen titration
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Telemetry monitoring
- Guidance on a proper warm up and cool down
