About us

Matt’s Place provides a range of services to meet your child and family’s unique needs, including partial hospitalization program (Day Treatment), intensive outpatient program (IOP), outpatient medication management and limited outpatient therapy. Matt’s Place’s interdisciplinary team aims to treat the whole child and address underlying factors that can improve quality of life and family relationships.

This program provides intensive therapeutic support for youth during the day through a variety of components, including individual, family, and group therapy, medication management, school services, and structured social interactions. Participation typically spans 8-12 weeks to strengthen emotion regulation, communication, interpersonal and family relationships, and academic skills. The team supports the transition to a lower level of care, and access to other academic and community resources.
This Intensive Outpatient Program provides transitional support for youth and their families who have participated in the partial hospitalization program (Day Treatment Program). Youth participate for 2-4 weeks while re-integrating back into school or other community supports in the morning and attending programming in the afternoon. They are provided with individual, group, and family therapy and medication management.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) 

Our program offers a comprehensive and individualized approach to mental well-being, designed to support every teen’s unique journey. We provide a safe and supportive environment where teens can explore challenges, develop coping skills, and build resilience through individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Our dedicated team utilizes evidence-based practices and collaborative care to help your teen and family navigate safety and their mental health.

Outpatient medication management and therapy services are provided to support medication management, emotional regulation, family relationships, and parenting support.
