Intermountain Children's Health
Inspiring children to live their healthiest lives possible
We’re here to be your family’s care partner—through physical health and emotional well-being, together, you and your family can live your healthiest lives possible.
Your partner in care
From your family pediatrician to our specialty caregivers, at Intermountain Children’s Health we’re here to partner for the care your family needs. And by combining our expertise with yours, together, we’ll collaborate towards your child’s complete well-being.
With every visit, our approach integrates evidence-based medicine, trusted care resources, and emotional health—encouraging conversations with family, children, and caregivers to inspire healthy minds.
Helping your family stay well
Our pediatricians provide comprehensive care for children including well checks, immunizations, sick visits, sports physicals, and more. Together, we are partners in your child’s care, so they grow up strong and happy.
Pediatric specialty care
Our advanced care teams provide comprehensive subspecialty care to children with complex healthcare needs, whether at one of our Primary Children's Hospital locations or our many outpatient clinics.
National recognition
Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital is ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the nation's best children's hospitals in 11 of 11 pediatric specialties.
Primary Children's Hospital
For over 100 years, Primary Children's Hospital has served Mountain West communities with world-class care for children. In 2024, we opened a second campus in Lehi, Utah to provide families with more care options closer to home, with the same high-quality care and experienced providers as our Salt Lake City campus.
Treating patients, not conditions
Our Children's Health teams are committed to patient and family-centered care. In addition to providing excellent medical care, we are focused on treating the whole patient, and supporting them and their families through therapeutic activities, positive distractions, and social support. Our locations have robust family support services staffed by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, specialists, and volunteers.
Helping keep your family safe
At Intermountain Children's Health, part of our mission is doing what we can to help keep children and families well, safe, and out of the hospital. We are committed to keeping you updated on the latest public health news, providing timely tips on how to stay safe, and offering services and tools to help your family stay well.
