The only cost for this service is the cost of the breast pump. Total costs vary depending on your selected pump and insurance coverage. The prices listed below are for out-of-pocket payment, meaning you pay at checkout and we don’t bill your insurance. If you choose to utilize your insurance, the cost will be the allowed amount based on your insurance provider.

You have two options when selecting your breast pump:

Yes, any patient in Utah can request a pump via the on-demand request form. It is recommended that you order your pump at or around 36 weeks.

You do not need an order from your obstetrician, Intermountain on-demand services providers will place one for you after you submit the request form.

 

We work with many insurance providers. To check if Intermountain is in-network, please contact your insurance company directly. If we receive your request and discover we are not a participating provider, we will alert you and you will have the option to pay out of pocket or cancel your order.

Eligibility depends on your insurance plan. You can submit your insurance information through the order form, and our team will verify coverage during processing.

Most pumps arrive within 5 business days of order confirmation.

Due to hygiene standards, opened pumps cannot be returned.

If your pump is unopened, you may return it at one of our local Home Medical Equipment offices which can be found on our website or you may mail it back to 11520 Redwood Road, South Jordan, UT, 84095. If you would like to mail your pump back to us, please call ahead to let us know.
