The only cost for this service is the cost of the breast pump. Total costs vary depending on your selected pump and insurance coverage. The prices listed below are for out-of-pocket payment, meaning you pay at checkout and we don’t bill your insurance. If you choose to utilize your insurance, the cost will be the allowed amount based on your insurance provider.
You have two options when selecting your breast pump:

No, you can request a breast pump without an order from a provider and pay out of pocket to receive it.
If you would like to bill your insurance, you need to have an order from your provider. If you have an Intermountain obstetrician, they will place this order for you at your 36-week appointment.

Due to hygiene standards, opened pumps cannot be returned.
If your pump is unopened, you may return it at one of our local Home Medical Equipment offices which can be found on our website or you may mail it back to 11520 Redwood Road, South Jordan, UT, 84095. If you would like to mail your pump back to us, please call ahead to let us know.
