Once you complete the intake form, a clinical pharmacist will contact you and determine qualification. This service is a great option if:
  • You are at least 18 years old or older and were assigned male at birth
  • You are experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation
No. ED is the consistent and recurrent inability to attain and/or maintain an erection. PE is ejaculating before you want, usually within 1 – 2 minutes after penetrative sex or other relevant sexual stimulation.
To get started, you will need your prescription insurance information if a medication is prescribed and about 10-15 minutes to answer questions about your health history on the intake form.
The cost of the service is a $49 consultation fee plus the cost of the medication after any insurance coverage. If you do not qualify, you will not be charged for the service.
No, you do not need insurance to use this service. If you have pharmacy insurance and want to use it, we can bill your insurance as long as the medication is a prescription. Some treatments we offer are over-the counter at competitive pricing, but are not able to be billed to insurance. We'll review your options and their prices before anything is shipped to you.
You can expect to be contacted by the clinical pharmacist within 24-48 hours (between 8am and 5pm MST) following submission of the intake form. Generally, the medication will be delivered to your home within 3-5 business days from the Intermountain Home Delivery Pharmacy. Shipping is free. The clinical pharmacist will work with you to identify a different arrangement if a more rapid turnaround is needed.
If there are any follow-up questions, please call one of our pharmacists. A phone number will be provided at the consult. If you are experiencing any life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or immediately go the nearest emergency department

Complete the online intake form so a licensed pharmacist can determine the right treatment for you. A pharmacist will call you within 24–48 hours to discuss treatment options.
